Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is relaxing and is beneficial for stress reduction, relaxation and restoration.
Meditation
The practice of mindfulness and mediation can have profound impacts on ones well being. Meditation as a daily practice deepens our connection to self. I like to incorporate meditation into my sessions as it allows us to tap into the body and get out of the mind.
If you are new to meditation I can work with you to create a meditation practice that works for you drawing on many different styles and techniques.
Dream Analysis
Dream analysis is a powerful technique to understand the messages the subconscious is delivering through our dreams. Dreams provide the opportunity to reflect on archetypal patterns and symbolism to heal, transform and grow.
